Limited Lifetime Warranty:

All UnderTone Audio products are warranted against defective materials and/or workmanship to all original consumer owners from the date of the original consumer purchase for the lifetime of ownership, UnderTone will, without charge, repair or replace, at its option, the defective product for 2 years from the original date of purchase.  

In order to make a claim under this warranty the consumer must call UTA at (323) 208-1566 or email Tim@undertoneaudio.com .

Questions will be answered and instructions given on how to return the defective product to UnderTone.

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from defective materials and/or workmanship while in the possession of the original owner, which includes improper installation. 

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for up to 14 days from the time you receive it. Items must be in their original packaging and in “new” condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Refunds will only be processed after a returned item has passed our quality control inspection. We can only accept returns or exchanges for items bought directly from us. Units purchased from authorized UTA dealerships should be returned to dealers. Please email us at info@undertoneaudio.com to request an RMA form. Returns and exchanges that don’t include a completed RMA form in the box cannot be processed.
